Facilities and Costing:
We offer two venue times for your convenience: 10:00-17:00 or 16:00-24:00(times are negotiable)
Jan – April 2011 the exclusive venue package amounts to R8 000
May – Aug 2011 @R6 000
Sep – Nov 2011@ R8 000
Dec 2011 – April 2012 @ 10 000
May 2012 – September 2012 our rate is R 8 000
Oct 2012 – April 2013 our rate is R12 000
excluding December 2012 & January 2013 which is @ R15 000
An additional charge for ceremony set up to 100 pax there after additional charge of R 35 per person
10% FUNCTION CO-ORDINATION charge on Venue Hire & Ceremony set up & any additional services & equipment required,including vat.
Included in the wedding package:
- Co-ordination: On site co-ordination on the day of the wedding
- Tables: -Beautiful square wooden tables 8/10/12 seaters
- Chairs – upholstered high back chairs
- Quality Cutlery, Fun Crockery and Elegant Glassware
- Waiters: – One waiter per 10 guests
- Photo Shoot Background: – The venue has ample scenic backdrops with in 200 meter radius surrounding the restaurant for photo opportunities
Extras
We charge R2 500 per hour extra after 24:00
There is also a charge of R3 000 to hold the ceremony on our lawn area which includes the Vinitec for signatories (Private Room).
If you require a dance floor on the grass area , the cost is R5000(on average)
A selection of tablecloths,overlays can also be made available additionally upon request.
We can furthermore assist with sourcing the appropriate music & enternaiment additionally.

Food and beverages
We can plan your individualized selection of flavors & cuisine with you & we can assist with food pairing. A MENU SELECTOR with CANAPE’S has been created as a guide line to create an individualized menu with in your budget. We have a winery on site with DIEU DONNE wines and a MIRCO BREWERY with our own brewed beers which includes a Weiss Beer,Pilsner & Ale

· Red whine at R125
· MCC at R155
· Our own Micro brewed beer on tap R18 for 350ml
· We can also offer a mobile beer dispenser with a 25lt keg of beer at R 1095.00
· Corkage R35 for 750ml bottle of wine and R45 for 750ml bottle of MCC/Sparkling wine
